We have renewed our shipping infrastructure in order to speed up dispatch. Under the new partnership, next-day delivery is now available across 63 provinces.
What has changed
- Wider next-day coverage. Previously limited to a small number of provinces, next-day delivery has been extended to 63.
- Later order cut-off. The cut-off for same-day handover to the carrier has moved to 17:00.
- Heavy parts separated. A dedicated dispatch line has been created for heavy and bulky items such as gearboxes, axles and engine blocks, so they no longer slow the standard flow.
- Tracking integration. The carrier tracking number is written automatically to your account panel and notification email once the order is created.
Packaging standard
Alongside the carrier partnership we also updated our packaging standard. The most common cause of damage in spare parts shipping is inadequate internal padding and the wrong box choice. The new standard defines box size and padding material per product group, and fragile components — glass, plastic-bodied parts, electronic modules — ship in double-layer packaging. We expect this change to produce a clear reduction in shipping damage reports.
If there is a delivery problem
Where a damaged package is identified at delivery, opening it in the presence of the courier and recording a damage report speeds the process considerably. For reported cases, replacement dispatch begins the same day without waiting for further approval.
Our own regional delivery
In provinces where we have branches, same-day delivery with our own vehicles continues for urgent orders. For fleet customers facing vehicle downtime, this service covers the cases where hours matter on a critical part.
